This world leading Healthcare Facilities Regulation Organization is responsible for the certification of health/medical departments and hospitals in the nation. As the agency responsible for holding these facilities accountable to government standards, the organization needed a modern, digital solution to replace their paper and file process. Prior to using Neospect, the regulatorprinted multiple forms and checklists, and had a manual system for completing inspections and submitting reports. Approach
Neospect worked with regulators and inspectors of the agency, mapped the inspection workflows to reduce redundancies across various inspection stages, captured data points, checklists, and reports. Our team was able to digitize and consolidate their forms and pre-fill fields so that surveyors could dedicate more time to completing inspections and validating data. Achievements
Neospect’s photo upload feature allows regulators and inspectors to append photographic evidence of violations to inspections. This feature helped the agency to precisely manage violations, avoid disputes and reduced the need for follow ups. Problem
Jeevan Scientific Technology, Limited (JST), a company that conducts clinical trials for clients around the world, was overwhelmed with their daily data capture and auditing process. JST employs internal compliance and quality assurance (QA) teams for each department, all of which have to complete the same multi-level compliance inspections to ensure safety and adherence to standards. These standards had to be updated to reflect new safety measures for COVID-19.
Approach
Neospect collaborated with JST, whose priority was to create and maintain a standard process that every department could use. Neospect completed a review of their process, after gaining a deep understanding of their needs, and was able to streamline and standardize their compliance process. Neospect equipped JST with a fully digital system with handheld devices so their insectors could view real-time data, as well as capture and resolve compliance failures.

Neospect helped JST remove redundancies and consolidated 35 paper forms into 5 digital forms that could be used across every department.
Government Case Study
Problem
The Department of Labor is the government organization responsible for conducting regular inspections of farms to determine that seasonal harvest laborers are being treated fairly. Their existing system was consistently causing delays and they were almost entirely paper-based. Inspectors were expected to pick up and submit physical documents on a weekly basis and were also burdened with sites challenging compliance failures. Managers and inspectors had difficulty in assessing workloads due to the lag in the paper-based system.
Approach
Neospect worked with the department to establish a new streamlined and digital experience, where inspectors could easily access and submit necessary documentation, including photographic evidence of compliance failures. Neospect focused on avoiding and minimizing delays, allowing managers to assign and review inspections as soon as inspectors synced their logs (data collection does not depend on the Internet).
Achievements
Neospect streamlined the DOL’s inspection process into a single digital dashboard and reduced their inspection window from 15-20 days to 1 week or less.
Manufacturing and Consumer Packaging Goods Case Study
Problem
This world leader in Paints came to Neospect looking for a solution that supported a 24/7 high-risk environment. It was essential to consider a platform that collected and reported a robust amount of data with multiple inspectors, sites, approvers, and managers. Their slow, paper-based information flow was causing delays in the reporting and resolution of errors and potential concerns. The lack of real-time visibility often resulted in heavy delays and losses. Due to their size and brand recognition, they have to be ready in the event of an unannounced audit. As a result, their new system had to consider every precaution in the operations and manufacturing process.
Approach
